When was the first Friscovania?

It first debuted on October 22, 2016 at Toyota Stadium and was hosted by Mayor Maher Maso and his wife Cindy Maso. The event was designated as a Mayor’s Safe Trick-Or-Treat Zone with the City of Frisco. In just under three months, the event raised over $100,000 and welcomed over 3000 visitors. All proceeds went to City House, a transitional shelter for children and young adults.
